DRAFT PREVIEW — proposed InFlight page for ec.co · not live · 4 Aug 2026 · all drafts

You built the business. Now build the machine that runs it.

InFlight is a 12-week accelerator for founders past $100K in revenue who are drowning in daily operations. You'll build the systems, financial clarity, and team structure that make growth predictable — guided by advisors who've scaled past where you are.

EC accelerator programs across TakeOff, InFlight, and Project Healthcare

Is this you?

Built for the founder the business now depends on.

Roughly $100K to $1M in revenue, a small team, and every decision still runs through you. The product works. The problem is that the company only works when you're in the room.

You'll fit if

You're generating real revenue with 3–8 people around you, and your next stage depends on systems — financial clarity, repeatable sales, documented operations, a team that runs without you refereeing every play.

You won't — and here's where to go instead

Still proving the go-to-market? TakeOff is built for that. Selling into health systems or payers? Project Healthcare gets you in those rooms.

The four questions everyone asks

Answered up front, not in a footer FAQ.

1

Do you take equity?

No. $1,000 is a fixed cost. Six percent is a cost that grows every time you win.

2

Is it in person?

Yes — Tuesday afternoons, 1–4 PM, at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, with advisor working time built into every session.

3

How much time does it take?

About 5 hours a week: the Tuesday session, plus optional entrepreneur-in-residence office hours and Friday webinars.

4

I'm slammed. Is that a problem?

It's the point. Founders tell us the forced weekly ritual of working on the business — not in it — is the thing that changes the trajectory.

How it actually works

A weekly operating rhythm, with operators in the room.

1

Weekly working sessions

Every Tuesday tackles one system — financial modeling, pricing, customer acquisition, retention, process design, org structure — with time to apply it to your business before you leave.

2

Advisors who've scaled past you

An entrepreneur-in-residence, weekly office hours, and the EC's 200+ advisor network for one-on-ones matched to your exact challenge.

3

A cohort of operators

25–30 founders at your stage who understand the weight of payroll, hiring, and growth — and hold you accountable week over week.

Then it all points at three days in December: Community Connection Day (curated warm introductions to customers and partners), The Investor Rounds (curated 30-minute one-on-ones with vetted investors), and Nashville Entrepreneur Day — your booth, the whole ecosystem in one room.

How it ends

The program finishes with customers, investors, and a stage.

30 min

The Investor Rounds — curated investor meetings

Submit your deck; investors review and select companies; you get curated 30-minute one-on-ones with investors matched to your stage and vertical. The goal isn't a check in one meeting — it's earning the next conversation.

$20,000

Impact Grants at Nashville Entrepreneur Day

Non-dilutive cash awards — $8,000, $6,000, $4,000, and $2,000 — judged by the EC program team, board members, and community partners. Ten finalists pitch on stage; every founder hosts an expo booth where investors, customers, and partners come to you.
